Channels#

Prism Agent connects to Slack and Microsoft Teams, so you can run the agent where your team already works.

  • Slack — run the agent in DMs and channels, holding threaded conversations and waking on activity in designated channels. Slack runs over Socket Mode, so no public webhook or inbound URL is needed.
  • Microsoft Teams — run the agent in personal chats and channels through an Azure Bot. Microsoft delivers messages to a public HTTPS endpoint on the agent.
